Ben, You need to implement the table to assign storage attributes to it. This can be done either in the Ron or Db Designer where you are at.
In Db Designer/DbAdmin tab, expand the database|Users|spcific User|Schema|Table Implementations entry. Click the green plus to implement a table in this area, and you should see the properties attribute pop up. Optionally right click on the Table Implementations selection and select "Create Table Implementations". Good Luck!
