Use glance if you have that package installed, look for ps -ef | grep midaemon

This would mean that the maximum memory consumption is SGA + PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET. No matter how many users are on the system (of course you would size PGA_aggregate_target accordingly beforehand). This is 9.2 on HP-UX 11.
