I am not sure about all of the objects, so this is a partial answer.
x$bh.obj = 0 seems to be an unused(?) block. Undo segments have an
extremely high value (4294967295) in my test db.

Have you tried associating the block/file info in these phantom cache
objects to block/file info in dba_extents?
