Setting the /i/ image directory
You must create a virtual directory on your web server that points to
the directory that contains the contents of the unzipped or uncompressed
directory images. If /i/ is already used, consider adding the contents
of the images directory to this directory.

To create the Alias '/i/' for Apache:

   1. Locate and edit httpd.conf file usually located in
$ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf
   2. Search for 'Alias'
   3. Create a new Alias entry like Alias /i/ "C:\htmldb\images/"
#(windows) Alias /i/ "/oracle/htmldb/images/" #(unix)
   4. Stop and restart Apache

Setting the image directory will solve both your problems.  (The
javascripts resides in a directory under the image directory.)
