How are you resolving your aliases on the unix box and on your client? Are you using onames for both (check your sqlnet.ora at both locations) or are you using local copies of tnsnames.ora? (or some other method).

Since upgrading our mainframe database to 9.2.0.1.0.25 a dblink between a
Unix box (8.1.7.0) and the mainframe fails.
However sqlplus using the same connection syntax "Connect
username/[EMAIL PROTECTED]" is fine.
Any ideas, peeps ?
