Good luck finding any relevant documentation outside of TFM. I looked for a while before I decided to go back and read what oracle provided. The docs are decent. ...once you get the hang of owb it's fairly intuitive.
The thing is laden with bugs though. ....9.2 is vastly better IMHO that previous releases.
