This has got to be a question directly from a homework assignment because I cannot imagine any business allocating raises in this way. In general we do not do people's homework for them.
If you can tell us how far you have managed to get this done and what exactly you are stuck on then perhaps someone can help but I think that you shouldnt get in the habit of asking for someone else to do your homework for you. Sorry if this offends you but we all got to where we are today by actually doing our own work with the occasional pointer from someone that had more knowledge about something than we did. Having someone do your homework for you is, to me, over the line and crosses into the territory of cheating. I am sure someone else will disagree but this is my take on it.
