This is a problem as Windows 95 has not been supported since ...
1995 ... and the Oracle products for that platform haven't been
supported in this millenium.

Which is often the 'typical' behaviour of Windows 95, Windows98 and
WindowsME, none of which have been supported in this century.  And
there's not much, if anything, you can do about it.  Of course,
possibly rebooting the Windows 95 box is an option.

Sorry, no, the code doesn't work fine as it won't run even though it
compiles.  Why you're using an antiquated product, not intended for
production use on an 'operating system' not intended for production
use, in production is a mystery to me.  You should be using either the
Oracle Developer Suite or Collaboration Suite to create/generate/
manage your reports, not some piece of history which is no longer in
support.
