No, it is not a trivial thing. I've seen the algorithm, have read and
reread how it works, and how it iterates is what really throws me.
First, I'm not a statistician (one biz stat class many many years
ago), but I'm assuming that somehow as the algo is run there is a
measurement of fit that decreases as the classes are divided up and
when that fit value reaches a threshold, the algorithm exits. I've
seen several versions of the algorithm and implementing them is beyond
my beginnnig pl/sql programming skills.
