Hi, I am having performance issues in Oracle 11g R2 between a procedure running on SQLPlus and a web application.
When I call the procedure in SQLPlus for the first time, the performance is slow. From the second time on, the performance is very fast. However every time I click on the web link that calls the same backend Oracle procedure, the bad performance occurs. I am not sure how I should start this issue as I don't have control over the web application setup. Thanks in advance.
