Until end of 2008, maybe longer.* *This assignment includes (2) SAP workflow development efforts. *1) Would be for Account Deactivation Form workflow, which would occur when a customer needed to be deactivated in the system. SAP would take the Account Deactivation Form for a customer and, using workflow, routes it to specific SME's in various business areas for their approval/denial. If approved, automatically move from one SME to the next SME in the next required business area. If denied, return to owner for rework and then begin workflow of form from point of denial. Once all approvals are completed, SAP will automatically put a Sales Order Block on the account. 2) Would be for Group 1 Recommendation Bypass workflow which would occur when a CSA changes an address on a customer and Group 1 software recommends changes to the inputted address to meet postal standards.
