** *Specialized/Practical Knowledge:*
- JD Edwards application support for procurement, contracts
functionality.
- Understanding of multicurrency and localizations a plus.
- Ariba buyer functional support.
- The role is production support and deployment support which can include
application training of JD Edwards and/or Ariba.
- Version of JDE is 8.9 and 8.11 and for Ariba 8.0. Ability to
communicate clearly in English with the users to explain resolutions to
issues, log tickets into the help desk system of the client and document the
solution.
- Ability to converse in Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience with configuration of JD Edwards procurement and
receiving as well as Ariba is required.
