*The purpose of this contract position is to develop custom database
applications for the enrollment, maintenance, and quality control of the
pharmacy and provider networks. Required business experience and skills:
*Demonstrated proficiency in relational database design.
*Possess core analytical, software development, and conceptual thinking
skills.
*Required: College Degree. Field: Business, Mathematics, or Information
Systems.
*3+ years experience developing databases & applications utilizing MS Access
& VBA.
*Experience working with SQL Server and VB.Net
Targeted Projects for Completion:
1) Pharmacy Look-Up Tool
* User interface to support enrollment teams (point & click form)
*A reference database for pharmacy and network data across all platforms
*House common pharmacy network queries, auto export to excel
+Chain / Affil store listings, network rates for pharmacy, link to NCPDP
+Standard and customized criteria
2) Network Enrollment – User Interface
* Create user form to allow users ability to set up network grids in Penguin
*Dynamic form in the master grid format
3) Assist with Migration to SQL server*

The position is located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Contract until 3/31/2009
