Duties to be Performed:
Understand requirements and high-level designs as documented. Develop use
cases for requirements, if necessary. Complete detailed designs for
assigned GUI screens. Develop and unit test the GUIs using the struts
framework in an Oracle Portal/Oracle AS environment on UNIX. Integrate,
system test and submit the completed GUI application for release and
deployment. Correct software errors in the GUI application as appropriate.
Develop system and application documentation as needed.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Education, Etc.
· BS in Computer Science or equivalent
· Excellent knowledge of Java programming
· Good knowledge of J2EE server-side GUI development
· Good knowledge of the Struts framework and Java Server Pages (JSP)
· Good knowledge of Enterprise Java Beans (EJB)
· Good knowledge of Oracle database fundamentals
· Working knowledge of Java build/deployment using ANT or similar
*· Minimum 6 years in Java development*

*· Minimum 2 years development experience in Oracle application
server*

*· Minimum 2 years development experience using Oracle JDeveloper*
