Although interactive design experience is preferred, the primary responsibility of this role is ActionScript 3.0 and Flex development. Must-have Requirements: *Significant development with ActionScript 3.0 / Flex / Flex Components. Software engineering experience using object-oriented ActionScript, Design Patterns, etc.* Other Requirements: Experience with Agile Methodologies, Pair programming and Test Driven Development. Formal education or equivalent desired.
