The role requires:
Excellent communication skills. Accent is OK but ability to comprehend and
effectively communicate complex ideas in English is a must have.
Prior experience working on a development team in an enterprise environment

Strong OOAD skills, including encapsulation, knowledge and experience with
industry standard design patterns and best practices

Webservice Client, WSDL, Oracle, Eclipse, SQL, DDL
Nice To Have: Drools, Lucene/Compass, Java Server Faces, Java Server Pages,
Google Web Toolkit, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Quartz
