Perform functional analysis, planning, requirements definition around PeopleSoft HCM a. Work with Business Users to gather and document requirements to apply system solutions to business problems. i. Gather key business objectives ii. Identify current business process challenges iii. Identify key metrics and measures for success b. Identify and document gaps in business processes c. Identify Business Process Reengineering opportunities for existing and future modules and processes d. Document system enhancement proposals, outline issues, alternatives and provide recommendations detailing performance, costs, scheduling, time and benefits. e. Understand and adhere to documentation standards, file design and storage. 2. Performs configuration of core Payroll: Benefits and General Deductions, Vendors, Earnings codes and programs, taxes, Pay calendars, accumulators, additional pay, etc. 3. Advice and support the payroll department in use of Retro pay processing 4. Advises the payroll department on best practices in utilizing PeopleSoft to perform payroll functions Behavior Characteristics: Always puts the customer FIRST.
