*Responsibilities Include:*

   - Configure SAP HR and SAP Enterprise Portal
   - Manage portal configuration including iViews, pages, worksets, and
   roles.
   - Participate in and facilitate client meetings, interviews and workshops
   focused on collecting business requirements.
   - Understand technical development of custom iViews in order to recommend
   innovative solutions.
   - Build the business processes in the application in co-ordination with
   the team throughout the design, build, test and implementation phase
   - Accurately translate business requirements into system functionalities
   - Support and advise the project team to create the best possible
   solution for business requirements
   - Create the functional and technical specifications for enhancements,
   interfaces and data migration
   - Develop training and test procedures and documents

·        Develop and write proposals, attend client meetings as required

*Minimum Requirements*:



   - Minimum 6 yrs SAP HR configuration experience (version 4.6 or above)
   Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration,
   testing, rollout and post-implementation support.

·         At least 2 full life-cycle engagements, including 2 years
configuring/implementing Personnel Administration, Organizational
Management, Compensation Management (ECM), Benefits, Payroll interface, and
e-Recruiting.

   - Configuring/Implementing new Performance Management (OSA - Objective
   Setting and Appraisals) a plus
   - Prior experience in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP
   HR application packaged solutions.
   - Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across
   the various HR modules in a hands-on manner is critical
   - University degree in (applied) economics or commercial engineering or
   similar degree
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
   - Strong troubleshooting and problem solving experience
   - Travel required – domestic US and international locations; approx
   25-30%
   - Willingness to do configuration and extend functional SAP know-how is
   critical
   - Prior experience working as an HR professional a plus
   - Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus but NOT a must
