*Responsibilities to Include:***
· Participate in identifying user requirements by working on teams
with a number of key individuals representing business and technology.
· Document, communicate, and review requirements with product or
project team members and sponsors.
· Identify and document the impact of the requirements on existing
systems and data.
· Assist in development of testing plans, scenarios and scripts and
participate in system testing.
· Assemble, complete, and distribute updates to key ISE documents
for developers, testers, and other customers.
· Design and document user training material, end user procedures
and maintain user guide.
*Experience Required/Expected Results:***
· Participate on multiple analysis projects for various
applications, developed internally and by other solution providers.
· Timely completion of requirements specifications.
· Accurate and thorough requirements analysis resulting in clear,
concise and unambiguous requirements documents.
· Effective communication and coordination with development
colleagues, which will include external organizations.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to learn details of managed applications quickly.
*· Knowledge of trading systems, market data feeds and
exchange-related post-trade processing.*
*· Previous experience as an IT business analyst for an exchange or
a brokerage/financial firm is preferred.*
· In-depth understanding of software development life cycle.
· Proficiency with visual modeling tools and version control
systems.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
· BS/BA in finance or information systems.
