*Primary Skills:* BA for a large data warehouse project, pertly using
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) and modeling and mapping
tools (such as Visio).
*Secondary Skills:* Effectively identifying, gathering, documenting, and
validating business requirements with a variety of stakeholders.

Yes Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent
experience.
8+ Working in the
Information Technology (IT) industry.
7+ Employed as a
business analyst for a software development or data warehousing project,
with a minimum of 3 years as a business analyst for a large data warehouse
project.
7+ Effectively
identifying, gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements
with a variety of stakeholders.
7+ Analyzing
complex business problems and requirements, evaluating existing business
methods and processes, decomposing high-level requirements, and recommending
solutions.
7+ Expertly using
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) and modeling and mapping
tools (such as Visio).
Demonstrated Experience acting in a consultative role to
interpret customer business needs and translate those needs into technical
and operational requirements.
Strong Experience working successfully
with technical and non-technical groups, work independently with direction
from a project manager, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong Outstanding oral and written
communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
