Job Description: • Web Developer to act as the designer, specializing in web/application design, user-experience and usability engineering in all efforts of web architecture. • Front-to-back responsibilities from concept to user-interface implementation. • Working as part of Web 2.0/RIA development team. • Working closely with the front-office business, strategy and application developers. Qualifications: • Extensive experience in standard graphic design packages such as Photoshop, Fireworks, etc. • Extensive hands-on web development skills: Web 2.0/DHTML (Jscript/JSON), RIA (FIex/Silverlight). • Extensive experience of web application development life-cycle and software engineering principles and methodologies. • A wide range of backgrounds will be considered: design agencies, financial services, consulting, etc. • Must have excellent communication, documentation and follow ups skills.
