Duration: 4mths Functional Title: Consultant Overall Experience: 04-06 Yrs. Position Description: Standard & Poor's is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to implement and support index application platforms. This role requires a seasoned technologist, who contributes to application development, maintenance and daily support functionality in collaboration with the application development team. The candidate should analyze issues in production and provide break-fix solutions to ensure business continuity. The candidate should monitor critical real-time index calculation processes and check system health; monitor connectivity to market data sources, stock exchanges and vendor-partners analyze data quality generated by the real-time index system. The candidate should interact with business operations to provide technical support and liaison with vendor-partners and data hosting providers for technical issues.
