Strong understanding of the different components to testing (traceability, unit, string, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance). 2 years of experience testing SAP ECC 6.0, SAP CRM, FICA, Billing and TAM systems desirable. 2 years experience with ERP implementation projects desirable. Strong independent analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong team spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Able to take any issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance. Experience in identifying and escalating system or business issues and risks within the project structure. Knowledge of SAP testing including best practices for test documentation, test tools, and test approach highly desirable. 5 years overall IT experience.
