*HealthCare Experience MUST* Candidates submitted with rates at or below the Target Rate will be given priority in the evaluation process over candidates submitted above the Target Rate. No candidate will be accepted above the Maximum Rate. *Brief Project Description: *This project will create member discounts when provided in Blue Distinction facilities. *Role Description:* · Perform analysis of Michigan benefit file within the *NASCO Processing System (NPS)* and any other hard coded systems areas identified by project lead. · Results of analysis will be documented in detail. Experience with project documentation required. · Business requirements, test plans and test data will be prepared in support of approved changes. · Test execution as well as documentation of results will be required. · Responsible for detailed status reporting as well as attending and participating in project meetings. *Required Skills/Qualifications:* · *Knowledge of Company benefit file. * · Previous experience *preparing written requirements, test plans, project deliverables.* · Detailed understanding of project phases. · Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills. · *High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. * · Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail. · Strong creative problem solving skills. · Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group. · Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes. · Ability to interact effectively with COMPANY representatives at various levels. · Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results. *Preferred Skills/Qualifications:* · Minimum of 3-5 years of health care experience. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
