Title : Social Media Web UI Designer
Location: Menlo Park, CA Job Description : An experienced Social Media, Social Networking Interaction Designer/UI Designer to work as part of team focused on creating web-based interface solutions for complex financial applications focused on Social Media. To join our Product and Technology teams to innovate, design and build a next generation, break through customer experience platform for the Financial Services Space. We need a person with significant amounts of interaction design experience for web-based applications. You will participate in requirements development and planning and must have experience translating business requirements into intuitive application interface solutions. You will work with project teams, provide feedback on business requirements and use cases, present information architecture and interface design deliverables, communicate visualization, design and usability best practices to project stakeholders, and work very quickly. Participate in feature ideation and selection. Participate in cross-functional brainstorming sessions to determine Web site features and functionality based on the business requirements functional specifications and business need, objectives and user research findings. Position Requirements " Bachelor s Degree required, BSCS preferred. " Seasoned professional with solid relevant experience in Internet Technologies, Web and Content Design, Web2.0 and Social Media. " A minimum of 4-6 years experience - user interface/interaction design (web application experience a must). " Information architecture experience, diagramming skills, visualization tools and modeling. " Detailed knowledge of user experience best practices.
