Title: Production Support Analyst - Treasury Optimizer Location: New Orleans, LA Expected Duration: 12 months Rate: open EXCELLENT Communications are a MUST Production support analyst for Treasury Optimizer This analyst will be running builds and all support for test and production environments and coordinating changes with development and QA dept. This role is a coordinator to respond to questions, concerns, requests and info from all departments and clients. This means often facing off to the business units: marketing, operations, sales etc. AND being a Liaison to the IT dept as needed. Thus personality is very important to this role, be prepared for behavioral questions. How do you handle stressful time constraints? How do you resolve conflict amongst 2 parties? How do you support difficult requests or difficult team members? Must have QA experience with Treasury Optimizer and system support experience with Treasury Optimizer. Excellent CSR skills.
