Role : .Net Developer
Location : SC
Duration : 1 year {20-50 hours per week}
Rate : $33/hr
Technical Requirements
. System must be designed in .NET 3.5 & SQL Server 2005 but
compatible with SQL Server 2008
. Programmer must be proficient in .NET 1.0, .NET 2.0, .NET 3.0
and .NET 3.5
. Programmer selected must be proficient with ASP classic,
Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, and Cascading Style Sheets
. All development must be done offsite and consultant's location
and fully tested before it is deployed to existing DHEC test server for DHEC
testing
. ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 for GIS functions (no ArcIMS components)
. All images must have associated metatags and comply with ADA
wherever possible
. New Agency template must be utilized and applied across all
existing SCAN modules and pages
