A personal interview is required. Job Description: Providing technical expertise within a Tier 2 team focused on the implementation, service delivery and support of products, systems & networks. Driving down incident rates and working with 1st line Operations to improve service recovery times. To ensure that all aspects of operability are delivered as part of the implementation process whilst ensuring that existing service levels are maintained or improved. To contribute to and ensure full compliance to operational standards, procedures and best practise. It involves close liaison with various operational, project, development and product teams as well working within the Service Organization to ensure ongoing service and support can be maintained to agreed service levels. Qualifications: • Minimum 8+ years of Information Technology implementation and support experience • Data Center Operations experience required • Server Operating Systems – Unix (Sun Solaris) and Windows OS • Internet technologies • Shell scripting.
