Financial Project Consultant Needed Rate: 35 hr C2C Location: San Francisco, CA Duration: 6months Location: San Francisco, CA Line of Business: TIG - Information Services Job Classification: Business Systems Consultant Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 3-5 years experience. Description: Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of moderately complex to complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes and/or systems testing. Responsible for providing highly complex financial analysis in support of management decision-making for a business unit or corporate staff. Responsibilities include: conducting in-depth research of financial, operating and/or economic data and analyzing, interpreting and reporting findings; working with business partners to collect financial data, performing high-level analysis, testing for accuracy, identifying and resolving complex problems; performing most complex variance and trend analyses; communicating and providing guidance to business partners regarding relevant financial policies; creating and/or monitoring systems or models to predict financial outcomes; recommending business strategies or approaches and providing input to business strategic plans based on various analyses; may lead projects and provide guidance to less experienced staff. Ensures adherence to compliance and risk management requirements. 4+ years finance experience in managing financial aspect of base and 4+ incremantal projects within TIG with advanced PC skills including 4+ experience with MS Excel. Expert in Essbase, STAMP, and other Wells 4+ Fargo's Databases. Ability to work independently and handle several 4+ projects at one time. Strong communication, problem solving and 4+ analytical skills.
