1. Experience in *analytical problem solving and data analysis*

3. Experience in *computer program design and development* 8
4. Experience in a data warehouse environment including familiarity with
data warehouse concepts, relational data bases, merging data from multiple
sources and working on large tables. 2
5. Experience performing complex data manipulation procedures in a
*relational data base environment utilizing SAS.*

6. Experience with software quality assurance using *Unit & Regression
Testing* 1
7. Experience *eliciting, documenting, and architecting solutions for user
needs from a cross-disciplinary team including researchers, IT professionals
and managers* 3
8. Experience developing or using an enterprise master person index
which *utilizes
deterministic and probabilistic matching techniques* 1
9. Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.*
