1st Data Analyst: Must have strong SAS, Excel Macros and strong VBA (this
manager has strong SAS and Excel people on his team, but they are lacking
the VBA knowledge so that will be very important)
2nd Data Analyst: Must have Business Objects (this is the concentration
here), Crystal Reports, and SAS
