Mandatory Requirements:
1. At least 4 years of Siebel experience
2. Experience in client-facing positions
3. Candidate must have excellent communication skills

1. Siebel 8.0
2. Process re-engineering
3. Oracle BI Publisher
Job Description:
The Siebel Business Analyst/Solution Designer will perform analysis and
design for a Siebel 8.0 application.
Responsibilities include:
1. Meet with business owners and users to capture requirements and
as-is processes
2. Document functional requirements and use cases
3. Create solution designs for the functionality in the to-be Siebel
application according to agency and industry standards
4. Create and maintain all deliverables related to Siebel analysis and
design (e.g. traceability matrix, data master, etc.)
5. Work with business analysts, designers, developers and testers to
ensure that the configured application meets requirements and performance
goals
6. Perform guerilla testing in the configured application as needed
7. Coordinate user acceptance testing with the various teams
