Knowledge, experience and projects deployed for a call center (311) and
processing of work orders in a public sector environment

Knowledge and experience integrating COTS (Customized off The Shelf)
solutions with the Mainframe and with COTS Work Order Management
applications

Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance.
