Rate: $40/hr *Not Negotiable* Senior BizTalk Developer (2) • Experience working for a government agency is preferred • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff. • Demonstrated experience mentoring/coaching other developers with Microsoft technologies. • Strong collaborative skills • 2+ years - Demonstrated experience with developing BizTalk applications. • 2+ years - Demonstrated experience with developing database driven applications in a Microsoft C# .NET environment. • 2+ years - Demonstrated experience with SQL Server. • 3+ years - Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques. • 1+ year (preferred) - Demonstrated experience with Oracle. • 1+ year (preferred) - Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document business requirements. • 1+ years (preferred) - Demonstrated experience with Team Foundation Server.
