Please do respond to us with latest resume and contact details Title: FUNCTIONAL PeopleSoft HRMS (Business Systems Analyst) Location: Shoreview, MN (**LOCAL ONLY TO START) Duration: 6 months Start Date: 11/30/2009 Rate: Open Description: * Software Application Knowledge: PeopleSoft * Written Communication: Excellent * Functional consultant needed for a Long Term Incentive Planning project enhancement project within PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9. * Must have experience working on projects that involve collaboration with business process owners and developers to design a custom and global Manager Self Service solution for long term incentive (stock award) planning. * Will be responsible as the functional analyst to: * Facilitate requirements gathering with business process owners * Document detailed design for technical development * Create and execute system testing scripts * Assist with defining and executing user acceptance testing * Provide input into project status, communications, and training content * Drive to effective decision making, issue resolution, project timeline and deliverables * Required: No Technical Developers please! (Request is for functional consultants only) Must have PeopleSoft HRMS experience 8.9 or greater. 5+ years of experience. Demonstrated ability in leading business analysis requirements, design sessions, testing, and documentation. Experience with custom Manager Self Service module a big plus.
