Rate: 35/hr C2C Date resource is required: 12/07/2009 Anticipated end date: 06/30/2010 Location: Charlotte, NC Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 3-5 years experience. Windows Server 2003 ENGINEER: *CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ALL SKILLS, NO EXCEPTIONS. *DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES UNLESS THEY TRULY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE IDENTIFIED REQUIRED SKILLS. *MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK VARIOUS SHIFTS TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, AND ON-CALL SUPPORT WHENEVER 24/7 OPERATIONS DICTATE. *SPEAK AND WRITE CLEARLY *H1B OK, PREFER GC HOLDER OR USC. * CURRENT ENTERPRISE EXPERIENCE. *POSITION WILL START AS 6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH A POSSIBLE EXTENSION TO 18 MONTHS MAXIMUM. JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervises, guides and provides technical leadership, support and training to other systems engineers MIN REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE: 4 years experience supporting and maintaining HP/Dell Intel hardware. 4 years experience Host / SAN connectivity * Years experience with VMWare guest OS administration *Current experience with updating firmware/BIOS for HP and Dell Intel Platforms *Ability to manage multiple projects, assignments or work load effectively. *Ability to work with Business Unit customers, technical and none-technical. PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Some Experience with PICCT and or Remedy ticketing systems.
