Job will include defining requirements, design, code, integrate, unit test, integration test and documentation of developed code in a process-driven environment. Analyze and fix code, based upon customer software change requests. Work within the Training Management Systems Department team to accomplish development goals and contractual requirements. Explain to and provide over-the-shoulder customer support in use of software product. Travel to customer sites (Air Force and Navy bases) may be required. The ideal candidates will have broad knowledge of developing n-tier and distributed software for Microsoft platforms. *Skills:* C# (WinForms) Visual C++ 6 Visual Basic 6 MS SQL Server 2005 Knowledge of or experience with OOAD, SEI’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated, Rational ClearCase, or Rational ClearQuest is also desired.
