PeopleSoft Enterprise Architect Austin, TX 8+ Months Contract (with possible extension to year end)* *VERY HOT NEED..........* ** *Project Description: This position will be responsible for assisting the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) with PeopleSoft technology related decisions, including hardware **and software planning and related strategies. The successful candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the PeopleSoft architecture, including **the installation of the product; the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture; the third-party software requirements. The candidate should be able to make sound **recommendations related to hardware changes and the associated impact of such changes.These can include recommendations related to hardware **CPU, LPAR configurations, memory needs, RAC configurations, Input/Output needs, failover and recovery solutions, and general hardware optimization * *recommendations.
