Role: Java/UI developer Duration:6 months Location:San Francisco, CA Rate: $50/hr C2C Position Description: Experience Level: 7-10 years technical background and 5-6 years directly related web experience The Online Banking Development team within ISG has an immediate need for a Senior Web Developer. We provide a wide range of core Online Banking Services to Wells Fargo Bank's Consumer and Business customers. We are in the process of looking for a Senior Level Java developers to help expand Online Banking Development team. The candidates should have a strong focus on Web Services, server side Java, and HTML/JSPs. This position also requires subject matter knowledge of Banking services . Responsibilities include: - Leading a team of developers through technical analysis, design, construction of highly complex and scalable internet application projects. - Providing direction and guidance to less experienced staff. - Ensuring compliance with development best practices, security policies and delivering code with high quality within project timelines. Minimum Qualifications - 7+ years Senior Java/J2EE Developer. - Good Design skills and knowledge of tools such as Enterprise Archit! ect - J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JSTL, etc. - Experience and good knowledge of Struts and Spring frameworks, including Spring MVC - Strong Web Services integration skills, mainly in Java, proven expertise of Axis1.2 and Xmlbeans - Solid working knowledge of WebLogic 9 (or similar Application Servers) - Strong experience using CSS, HTML, DHTML and JavaScript - Setting up and implementing JUnit (or other) testing framework. - Experience with web applications that handle high-volume. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Able to interface across multiple lines of business and technology groups. - Good organization and follow-up skills. - Good leadership skills, must have demonstrated ability to lead a group of developers - Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle, knowledge of RUP is required.
