*Network Design Engineer Philadelphia, PA 6 Months. We are currently seeking a Network Design Engineer for a contract position with our client in Philadelphia.
Job Functions: Assist with the validation of proof-of-concept designs (IMS and SIP) and initial software releases from vendor as part of Product Engineering design **validation efforts Identify issues with the solutions, and raise them to the vendors through the appropriate processes. Work with the vendors and other PE staff to determine solutions (technical approach and also strategy for resolution) for identified issues. Assist with the creation of the solution design documentation, including Technical Requirement Document (TRD) and Detailed Design Document (DDD). Work with vendors and other teams such as Operations, Business Units, CTO office to review the TRD and DDD, and to reach common alignment. Technical Skills/Experience Required: Deep SIP knowledge.
