Title: Project Manager Duration: 12 Months Rate: $40/hr C2C Location: Chandler, AZ OR Charlotte, NC OR SAN Francisco, CA Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Leading, coordinating, managing the hardware technology refresh project for Contact Center Technology platforms. Will work on coordinating our Technology Refresh projects. Person should understand the protocols of hardening ports, security rules, rack and stack, cabling, have a basic understanding of OS - operating systems, with knowledge of hardware configuration is a plus. Also, the high level knowledge of network architecture configuration. Very proactive, with strong Project management and written -oral communications skills. Ability to lead and communicate as it relates to hardware installation in a client server environment. Technology PM experience preferred. Will also accept project coordination experience as a Systems Business Analyst or Business Systems Consultant, Network Engineer, or Hardware Platform Support.
