*PROVEN GENUINE EXPERIENCE AT LEAST ONE PROJECT REQUIRED. * Qualifications: At least 4+ years of experience in developing and building web-based applications Java background is highly desirable Working knowledge of Application Servers like Tomcat, JBoss or Weblogic Sun Certified Web Component Developer / Programmer preferred Strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt existing systems to fast-changing requirements Experience and willingness to do Production Support Comfortable working in a UNIX/Linux environment Proficient in writing technical documentation Experience in Mobile development platform like Andriod, iOS desirable Strong experience in E-Commerce and high transaction-processing environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong experience with web-oriented technologies (AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, CSS3, HTML5) Expert Knowledge in JavaScript frameworks (Grails, YUI, EXTJS, JQuery, Dojo etc.). Strong background in JQuery preferred. Spring MVC and Spring framework with GWT UI development experience a plus Strong experience in supporting multiple browsers from a single codebase Expert knowledge in webpage performance tuning and page load time optimization techniques Working knowledge of Eclipse IDE and Subversion Working knowledge of software development Knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design and UML diagrams is desirable Experience creating, optimizing, and maintaining scalable, fast-growing, data-heavy web applications with user-generated content.
