Management of the stakeholders’ and user community’s expectations. 2. Work in collaboration with vendors for planning, executing, and reporting testing results. 3. Ability to validate Traceability Matrix to contractual requirements. 4. Development of relationships with the stakeholders and user community that foster teamwork and collaboration. 5. Communication with the user community and the project team to identify detail user needs as inputs to the testing strategy. 6. Experience with IBM Rational/Jazz test management software or similar (Test Director, Quality Center, etc.) 7. Perform any duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Operations Manager Required Skills/Experience The individual who fills this position must have the following skills: 1. Minimum five year’ experience as a manual tester for IT projects of which three years were in a lead or managerial position. 2. A bachelor’s degree in a business or technical major 3. Automated testing experience (nice to have) 4. Experience with use cases, test case/test script development 5. Minimum of three years of experience with Software Development Methodologies (SDLC) 6. Proficient in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite 7. Self-Starter, able to work with minimal supervision 8.
