Wishes of the day, Please find the requirement details below ::::: URGENT ::: *Job Title:* Technical Writer III *Location:* Salem , Oregon 97310-0000 *Duration:*3 Months *Job Description:* Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 4 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The ODE has the immediate need to complement current IT staff with a contracted Technical Writer. ODE has a high priority Information Systems project that requires the role of a Technical Writer to ensure its successful delivery. The project has grant funding and needs to be completed under the USDE grant reporting criteria. The purpose is to procure a Technical Writer III to augment the current ODE IT staff and to document the work that has or will be completed to meet each deliverable of the project. The Technical Writer III shall have high level editing and proofreading skills, the ability to review and update project and technical documentation, and work with staff to ensure completion of final project documentation. The work must align and be in compliance with the USDE specified reporting criteria as defined in project documents.
