This individual will work with project managers and organizational leaders to document business and technical requirements and help develop detailed plans in partnership with hospital leadership and the project team. This position is a customer-facing role. This position reports to the client project manager and work with other project managers and team leads to achieve project goals. Skills: • Effectively establishes and maintains working relationships at all levels. • Excellent analytical and planning skills. • Demonstrated leadership. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Demonstrated flexibility and diplomacy. • Healthcare industry experience preferred. • Project management experience helpful but not required.
