*Duration:* 12 Months *Job Requirements:* Must be an expert in Kronos At least 7 years of application support focused on Kronos. Must know workforce and analytics. (Budgeting, scheduling, forecasting) Must be able to configure and modify Know how to work with the WIM tool. *Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: * Must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of consulting or relevant work experience Proven abilities in leading and directing teams Define, maintain and execute on an account plan that is in line with our company strategy Drive solutions that are consistent with scope Ability to scope out simple or complex projects based on business requirements and achievable benefits Ability to create a project plan and/or Statement-of-Work Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with project sponsors, various business groups and senior leadership Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments Ability to manage, control and report on project budget. Implement corrective action as needed to control budget.
