*Senior WEBMETHODS Integration Consultant / Architect - with ESB, SOA* *Location : Down Town SFO, CA* *Start : Immediate* *Duration : Long term* *Interview : Telephonic and Skype* Very strong experience with *enterprise service bus (ESB) and service oriented architectures (SOA*) required. • 3+ years of webMethods 8.x/9.x (Integration Server, Broker/Universal Messaging, My webMethods Server portal and TN) plus a minimum of six (6) years of EAI/ESB experience. • Experience with webMethods developer to create web services, flows, related integrations and BPM-based applications • Broad background (strong in webMethods, but not the only thing they have done) • Must be able to provide benefit across multiple projects/multiple technologies • Working knowledge of SQL, FTP, XML and UNIX commands, shell scripting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to influence others with conflicting viewpoints • Experience integrating large packaged applications like SAP Applications in the retail industry is a plus. • Must be highly organized with excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, presentation, communication and decision making skills and be able to interface with all levels of technical teams. • Very strong experience with technical team leadership required. • Strong ability to drive decisions through consensus and to influence change required. • Strong ability to design pragmatic solutions to complex business problems required. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies required, especially implementing agile in a non-UI environment • Strong experience with master data management (MDM) platforms and concepts required. • Strong experience with cloud integration software required • Solid experience troubleshooting complex tasks and processes required. • Solid experience with change management processes required. • Strong understanding of technology within retail industry (POS, e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics systems) preferred • Understands and is able to implement best-practice design patterns.
