- 5+ years of database administration experience using DB2
- Experience with physical database design
- Physical design skills for large databases including partitioning and
index structures
- Ability to understand the impact of application design on performance
- Extensive background in database performance monitoring and tuning
- Experience in supporting multiple large scale development, QA and
production environments
- Experience with stored procedures and temporary tables
- Production support skills in a high availability environment
- Strong customer service focus
