*Job Title - kronos Functional* *Location - Bellevue, Washington* *Experience - 5+ Years* *Job Description - *The Functional Analyst, IT Solutions provides analysis and solution designs of the processes/systems impacted for each project assigned. Works directly with the business to ensure that solutions satisfy business needs, proper requirements are established, and solutions are created (via either in-house or external development) and implemented successfully. The Functional Analyst, IT Solution will support the project team from inception to delivery, while working with a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Senior Functional Analysts via matrix relationships. Minimum Required 1-2 years of Kronos Workforce Central support experience. Modules include: Timekeeper, Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting and Mobility. Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and integration to other applications and vendors (i.e. ADP, Fidelity and Aon Hewitt) Ability to work independently and support multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and w Ith in budget. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficient with MS Office Programs and aptitude for learning new software quickly Desired Experience with Kronos Workforce Central in a hosted environment. Education Minimum Required Bachelor’s Degree. Business, MIS, or equivalent work experience. Support Sales Operations and HR/Payroll teams for assigned Kronos projects/enhancements. Provides input to business requirements prior to the technical solution. Analyzes business requirements presented by the user community and recommends technical solutions. Prepares functional specifications and necessary documentation to support business requirements and technical solutions. Works with a team represented by business user community, developers, functional analysts, test teams and application support to implement technical solutions. Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions. Adheres to detailed timeline for each assigned project and implements effective project control by monitoring the progress and reporting the status. Familiarity with other SaaS HR applications: Workday, Cornerstone, Kenexa.
