My client at *San Leandro, CA *looking for *QA testing with Pega* and this is* Long Term opportunity* with them. Conduct test plan and script reviews with users. Provide traceability matrix of testing efforts. Create all necessary project documentation required for User Acceptance team. Create verification plans and review with all parties involved in implementation. Support implementation weekend and ensure that project status updates are provided of verification efforts. - Ability to support multiple projects and production maintenance items. Gather necessary data from projects and produce dashboard reports. - Assist SME with training to users that are new to the system and any projects where process is changing. - Required Skill sets: Expertise in Business Analysis, and ALM (QC) Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Access. - Basic qualifications Excellent Communication skills, Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, Strong Business Analyst with experience documenting business requirement documents, test plans, test scripts. Knowledge with International applications and some SWIFT knowledge. Knowledge of Payment Investigation processes. Needs to be proficient with Quality Center or ALM and all testing pieces within application. Excellent time management skills to be able to support multiple projects at one time. - Min qualifications Knowledge of other International applications and services, Knowledge of FX, QA or testing experience. Proficient knowledge of MS Project and Excel. Knowledge of Payments investigation process. - Preferred Skill Set –Experience working within a project management methodology, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project. College Degree or equivalent experience. Experience with Pega Smart Investigate or IntelliTRACS a plus.
